BANKING AND CAPITAL MARKETS LAW

In the area of banking law, we work both forensically and as advisors. Thus, the members of our law firm are frequently retained to provide advice on the negotiation of extensive credit agreements. A further focal point of our advisory work is on the field of capital markets law. Here, for example, we advise our clients on questions of securities law and plan corporate structures which satisfy the requirements of supervisory law. In addition, we are experts in the fields of financing and debt rescheduling, structured takeovers as well as the preparation of and advice on project financing.

Forensically, we mainly work in the field of classical banking law (e.g. suretyship, realization of security, questions of termination or break-up fees), capital markets law (e.g. liability for erroneous capital market information) and in the field of liability for investment advice.
