Dr. Friedrich Scheuffele has extensive transaction experience in the fields of mergers & acquisitions and investments in companies, especially preparing and negotiating agreements, due diligence, finance, merger control and measures prior and operation prior to and after consummation of a transaction.
His field of corporate work ranges from structuring and establishing companies, ongoing legal advice, including compliance issues, directors’ and officers’ liabilities and shareholder disputes, to transformations of companies and business succession in family-owned enterprises.
In the area of commercial law, Dr. Scheuffele advises on distribution arrangements, co-operations, joint ventures, including the antitrust law framework, as well as matters involving banking and capital market law and issues relating to liability for investment advice
In all these areas, Dr. Scheuffele represents his clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals

- Studies of law at the Universities of Würzburg, Caen (France, licence en droit 1993) and Munich (1st state examination 1996, 2nd state examination 1998)
- Dr. jur., University of Munich 2003
- Joined the law firm in 1999, initially while preparing his doctoral thesis, full time from 2001
- Associate in the area of mergers & acquisitions and private equity in the Munich office of a major U.S. law firm from February 2004 to June 2005
- Re-joined the firm in July 2005 as a partner
