Our reorganization team advises undertakings in a crisis for the purpose of avoiding insolvency. Our interdisciplinary approach through the co-operation between experienced lawyers, accountants and tax consultants allows us to offer reorganization concepts tailor-made for each crisis situation and to provide continuous advice on their successful implementation.
If insolvency proceedings cannot be avoided, we consider the possibilities of later insolvency plan proceedings (pre-package plan), especially also in the time leading up to insolvency. Our range of services additionally comprises advice on the sale and acquisition of (parts of) undertakings in a crisis or insolvency.
As a part of our service when handling insolvency proceedings, we not only make and monitor financial projections for the continuation of undertakings, prepare management analyses as well as annual financial statements and tax declarations, but also enhance the potential for challenges and put through liability claims against shareholders and managing directors.
