We draft agreements of any kind, e.g. construction contracts, agreements with architects and project managers, real estate purchase contracts and commercial lease agreements, or review agreements already prepared by a notary. Apart from that, we have many years of experience in asserting claims for payment for work or fees in court and out of court and in asserting warranty claims.
In lessor-lessee disputes we generally represent the lessors of residential flats and commercial premises, e.g. in cases of termination or in litigation regarding the eviction of tenants, but also in all other areas of tenancy law, e.g. disputes about defects of the rented property, questions regarding operating costs, disputes between neighbours, increases in rent, etc.
